1. Introduction

Welcome to UAB Linksigma (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our websites located at https://linksigma.io and https://app.linksigma.io, operated by UAB Linksigma, company registration number 307402848, registered at Perkūnkiemio g. 19, Vilnius, LT-12120, Lithuania.

Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of our Services and explains how we collect, safeguard, and process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can access it at https://linksigma.io/privacy-policy/.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of the Service

Linksigma provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering internal linking and SEO automation tools. Users may create an account, connect their websites for crawling, or upload data/content for processing. The Service is available on a subscription basis and accessed via the web application at https://app.linksigma.io.

3. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive administrative notifications and marketing emails, including product updates and newsletters. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at [email protected].

4. Purchases and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be required to provide valid billing information, including credit card details. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (a third-party payment processor). By submitting your payment details, you authorize Linksigma to charge all applicable subscription fees using the provided payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions for suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or other violations of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle under the same conditions, unless cancelled by you or by us. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

If automatic billing fails, an electronic invoice will be issued, and you must complete payment manually within the indicated period.

6. Free Trial

Linksigma offers a 7-day free trial for new users. Billing information is required at sign-up. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. On the last day of the trial, unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Fee Changes

We may adjust subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive prior notice of such changes. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

9. User Content

You may upload or provide data, text, or other materials (“Content”) for processing within the Service. You retain ownership of your Content. By using the Service, you grant Linksigma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display such Content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You represent that your Content does not infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights and complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any Content violating these Terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or spam.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data or overload our systems.
  • Use the Service in any manner that interferes with others’ use or damages our infrastructure.

11. Analytics and Third-Party Services

We may also use other trusted third-party tools for payment processing, email communication, and analytics.

12. Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service and its original content, design, software, and trademarks are owned by UAB Linksigma. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

14. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material on our Service infringes your copyright, notify us at [email protected] with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work,
  • URL or location of the allegedly infringing content,
  • Your contact details,
  • A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.

17. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAB Linksigma, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding 12 months.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. You may terminate your account by ceasing use of the Service.

Sections that by nature survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) shall remain in effect.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

21. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. Failure by LinkSigma to enforce any right or term shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
